Leadership Solutions® Class II was formed after applications were offered to all employees in March of 2011, in April ten applicants were chosen as the LSS II class. Curriculum started in May, 2011.

The mission of the Little Rock Wastewater Leadership Solutions Class II is to develop knowledgeable professional leaders passionate about promoting the culture and growth of Little Rock Wastewater.
Each member of the class chose a fellow LRW employee as their mentor. This interaction encourages knowledge sharing and leadership development in areas other than their own division.
